1. Privacy
Data obtained by Insolxxi shall only and exclusively be for use by Insolxxi and shall not be ceded to any other company, related to Insolxxi or not. We thus guarantee that data provided by users shall NOT be used by other companies for offers or advertising messages. The reason for this is to respect the privacy of our users, who do not deserve to suffer this kind of practice employed by so many other companies.
2. Personal Data Protection Policy
2.1 In accordance with that stipulated in Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, on Personal Data Protection, Insolxxi informs users of the existence of an automated file containing the personal data provided by users on the portal. This file shall only be used by Insolxxi and its sole responsibility. The reasons for holding this file are for information purposes and marketing of the products on the portal, generating advertising and promotions that may be of interest, adapting them to your preferences or needs, and for personalising browsing of the portal to make the experience more satisfactory.
2.2 Users expressly accept inclusion on the personal data file mentioned in section 2.1 of the data obtained during their browsing the portal or provided in forms, as well as that deriving from the commercial relationship and/or delivery of the items purchased. During the data capture process, the user shall be informed of the mandatory, or not, nature of this data for delivery of the items purchased. In any case, Insolxxi informs users at this time that the data requested and marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for the carrying out of the order, which means it is necessary to include this in the aforementioned file to formalise and complete the sale.
2.3 Insolxxi agrees to do everything in its power to respect the confidentiality of the data obtained. Furthermore, and in accordance with that established in the Security Measures Regulations for automated files containing personal data approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, July 11, Insolxxi agrees to comply with the obligation to safeguard this data and take all those reasonable measures to ensure against any unauthorised alteration, loss, handling or access thereof. |
